When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed. All orders placed on Weekend/Holidays will be processed the next business day.
What do I do if my order says delivered, but I have not received it?
All orders come with a USPS tracking number. Refer to your tracking number and/or contact your local post office.
Wrong Address
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout. If your package is delivered somewhere else near you, please contact your local USPS.
What are the recommended washing instructions?
To make sure that your WGIW merchandise lasts for a long time, we recommend for you to wash the article of clothing inside out. After that, proceed to hang dry!
