It’s a beautiful hoodie, but I noticed after the 2nd use of it and it being washed there is a bunch of fabric that came undone on the hoodie. But it’s super comfy!

Hi, I really loved the hoodie but it came with some of the letters falling off or cracked and I contacted customer service. They asked for a picture and I sent it and they never responded. The quality of the hoodie was really good, though. Besides the letters cracking
